Delivery

At Virgo Paradise, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. All our products are delivered islandwide in Sri Lanka, and we are committed to getting your purchases to you promptly and safely.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and dispatched within 2-5 business days, excluding weekends, festivals, and special holidays. During these periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to increased order volumes.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Within Colombo: Delivery will typically be completed within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch.
  • Out of Colombo: Delivery will be carried out through a reliable courier service, and you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and the weight of the items ordered.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Returns/Exchanges

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Customer Care: Send our Customer Care team an email at info@virgoparadise.com to initiate the return or exchange process. Please include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • A detailed description of the issue
    • Photos of the product, if applicable
  2. Proof of Purchase: We require proof of purchase, such as a payment receipt, invoice number, or order confirmation email, to process your return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

  • The exchange/return process must be started within 30 days of the original date of delivery.
  • We can only accept returns or exchanges for products that are in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
  • Sale items and third-party products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return/Exchange Options

  • If you are dissatisfied with a product, we can offer an exchange for a similar item within our range or explore other alternatives to ensure you have a positive experience with our brand.
  • Please note that courier charges for return or exchange orders will apply. These charges will be communicated to you once your request has been processed.

Processing Time for Returns/Exchanges

  • Once we receive your return/exchange request, it will take 3-4 working days to process. If the return/exchange is approved, we will arrange for the courier to collect the item(s) from you, and the replacement item or refund will be processed accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacing the product or issuing a refund.
